The chain of hills of Chianti extends for about twenty kilometres where you will see grapevines and olive trees as far as the eye can see.

The Chianti area includes such enchanting little towns as Greve in Chianti, San Gimignano, Certaldo the native town of Boccaccio and the famous town of Siena. You can visit the castle of Badia a Passignano that has one of the most famous Chianti wine productions.

In this area, not more than 25 km from Florence, are two lovely agriturismo/winefarms that are perfect not only for weddings but also for just spending a relaxing holiday close to little towns with charming taverns serving food and wine you will never forget.

These agriturismo places are typical Tuscan houses with small apartments, gardens with pool and B&B rooms.

There is also an independent Villa for 12 people, lots of space and comfortable cozy furniture.

The Town Hall lies in the Palazzo Vecchio right on the famous square of Piazza Signoria. The hall where the ceremony takes place is beautiful with chandeliers, mirrors and red velvet tapestries.

Wedding ceremonies can be arranged with the comfort of transfers, flowers and dinner all taken care of by us. We can organize for a champagne toast after the ceremony, maybe you would like a little tour of the town with your guests on an open bus before letting us take you to your reception site.

WINE TASTING

Enjoy the wines of Villa S. Andrea. The Villa S. Andrea wine estate extends over 1.300 acres of Chianti Classico territory. Around the farm at a height of 360 metres above sea level, the slopes with the best exposure to the sun have been given over to the cultivation of wines. The farm produces Chianti Classico and IGT wines, extra-vergin and DOP olive oil, Grappa and Vin santo.

The Villa S.Andrea wine estate offers traditional country houses and gardens where you can celebrate your wedding surrounded by the timeless beauty of the Chianti countryside.

Catholic weddings can be celebrated in the church of S. Andrea in Fabbrica followed by aperitives served on the terraces of its historic wine cellars.

The centre of the Villa S. Andrea wine estate is in the hamlet of Fabbrica where the main farm buildings, the bed and breakfast accommodation and the breakfast room are all located.

The other charming apartments and the independent villa are spread out over 1,5-3,5 km from Fabbrica amongst the grapevine and olivgroves.
